Scott had me renovate this bachelor suite into a legal duplex.  The crazy part was that it has not Range so the the inspector couldn’t figure out if it qualified as a duplex or not. I installed oxford cabinets for the kitchen and waterproof click flooring. The Microwave Range hood is vented outside.
